Role of Food & Changings in Life Style

The significance of the diet in conceiving and maintaining along with  delivery of the healthy pregnancy cannot be ignored.

The body takes help from the diet to support his cells for smooth functioning. The good diet as per need of the body generate healthy cells and ultimately balanced hormones. Unfortunately, Industrialization has taken pure food items from us.Thus raw healthy milk with benefits of calcium has been replaced by pasteurized milk with no or little benefits even with some side effects .Organic raw eggs have been replaced by commercial based farm eggs. The  food market is flooded with commercial arsenic poultry chicken, and fertilized vegetables. These food items are not only poisonous contaminated but they have very less substances of minerals or vitamins. The result is biological distraction of cells of the body and imbalanced hormones. As closer to nature is our motto. The same is the principle for our diet plan. We have to pick organic and pure food from the market. It is hard but not impossible.


Before going further, just make a check list to see  what you eat daily and how much you are taking pure organic food item.If your checklist reveals that you are taking 50% organic food items, it means your 50%  of the problem has been resolved otherwise you need to work hard and you have to keep a check on your daily routine eating habits.There are some guidelines in this regard.

  • ·         No processed food.
  • ·         No beverages/drinks.
  • ·         No Suger and very mild use of spices.
  • ·         No vegetable oil.replace it with Ghee/butter.
  • ·         No commercial based eggs or poultry chicken.Replace it with organic eggs and chicken.     
  • ·         No Wheat or gluten.
  • ·         Use of Apple Cider vinegar. 

  • · 50% plate of your food should be full of vegetables.
  • · Organic grass fed animals meat and fat.(goat, cow, buffalo, Hen, cook etc not pigs etc)
  • · Take Meat with skin.
  • · Fish/Cod liver oil.
  • · Use organic raw almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, chia seeds.(Use grains, legumes and nuts after soaking, sprouting or fermenting because they have phytic acid which may hinder absorption of minerals and vitamins in the body but after soaking, sprouting or fermenting, the percentage of phytic acide reduces.)
  • · Use of some spices as cinnamon, fenugreek ,Kalonji, Psyllium husk, trachyspermum etc (detail has been given below).
  • · Detoxification of the body.
  • · Use of Primrose oil. 
  •   Limit Carbs and increase Fiber intake 

        Changing in Life Style :-


·        Make sure to sleep as early as possible. It is recommended to try to sleep before   10 Pm but not more than 11pm.
·        To get up from sleep at dawn and take a deep breath (all details  has already been  motioned in Exercise).
·        Take 1tb Apple cider vinegar  in water before taking breakfast.
·        Take 3 pinches of  mixture of fenugreek seeds,kalonji,psyllium husk, etc  early in the morning with apple cider vinegar. Recipe of this mixture is as under;-

ü  Fenugreek seeds …………. 30 grams
ü  Kalonji ……….. 30 grams
ü  Psyllium husk ……… 30 grams
ü  Trachyspermum ………. 30 grams
ü  crush them (not finely grind them) and put it in a jar for using early in the morning before taking anything and before sleep.This mixture is verybeneficial for insuline resistemce. 
·        Detox body with juices if the body has toxins before starting organic diet plan.
·        Replace chemical based shampoo, soaps, lotions, toothpaste and other cosmetic with natural ingredients based shampoo, soaps, detergents and cosmetic, lotion, Tooth paste etc because chemicals directly pours toxins into skin and disturb hormones.
·        Remove stress through mediations and by developing strong imagination.
·        Take a note book to note what you eat and what is your daily routine, how much you face stress, to analyze the factors what is disturbing you most
Be Confident, you are going to reverse infertility by blessing of God.
