Active body routine to be fertile

As discussed in earlier post, infertility is outcome of our artificial industrialized based life style. We are here to reverse this life style for reversal of infertility. There are several steps to be  followed for this purpose. Changing in life patterns, supporting of body through Diet and use of essential oils as well as blending of herbs can change the game. Moreover, psychological and  emotional stability is also key factors to achieve the target to be fertile.
                                                                                

Changing in life Patterns:
Our ancestors were used to do vigorous work for their survival. They had no machines to  take help from and thus  body remained active. They had powerful bones and healthy muscles as well as strong immune system but inventions of machines have made man lethargic and inactive. He has introduced machines to take his responsibilities which made him sluggish and  this sluggishness invited different chronic diseases. Infertility is one of those diseases which were encouraged by inactive body. It has raised the chances of cancer, diabetes, heart diseases,  obesity etc. The changing in food along with sedentary behaviour has disturbed the hormones of women which are prime factor for getting healthy pregnancy. The result is infertility. So there is need to follow  the rule of thumb  to reverse it .
Industrialization has limited the movement of man. He cannot work by using his body and cannot ignore the support of the machines because he is unable to compete the machines in speed and quality. The question arises here how to make body active in daily life in presence of machines.The answer is not quite simple but we have to make it simple.We will have to provide artificial work hours in form of exercise or yoga to body . Exercise will send the signal to hormones to remain active and balanced.   If one intends to exercise ,It is better to have natural sceneries around him. It will give body the feeling of genuineness regarding the environment. The breathing in greenery under blue sky with the whistling of beautiful chirping birds soothe the soul. Thus body and soul both  are healed.


Keep in mind, We have to give time to our sick body and injured soul. We have to leave our affairs in our room on the bed. We have to forget our worries in the office on  computer table. When we are ready to exercise , it means we are  ready to listen our body who has been ignored from several years. We are here (in the greenery) to listen our crying soul. No time for worries, No time for worldly affairs. We have to appreciate kind God who made this beautiful nature  for us to appeal. We are in love with it. We have to feel cooling affects of dew on the grass with our bare foot and hands.
Do exercise what your body like. Don’t start from vigorous workout but with mild little steps. Don’t deal body strictly. Remember you have already been unjust with it. It is an expedition to recover calmness and mental well being alongwith natural healthy body, kidnapped by industrialization. Remember, exercise reduces the risk of ovulation problems. If there is no option of greenery around you , don't  be disappoint. Open window of your room, let the fresh air at dawn and make your mind free ,sit calmly near the plants placed in your house, take a long breath and inhale fresh air to your lungs. It is time to talk to your body and listen to the injured soul. It is time to awaken the slept body and make him to work as our ancestor used to go in the fields at the dawn and work till the sun rises to stop them from working .It is worth mentioning  that many infertile women have obesity. Obesity or overweight can be a big hindrance in healthy pregnancy. Exercise reduces insulin resistance which is significant contributor to PSO (Polycystic ovary syndrome).Exercise may lead you toward the destination of healthy pregnancy. It is not just physical exercise but mental workout as well.
